2.19. Check and replacement of spark plugs

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

When replacing spark plugs it is recommended to check wires of high voltage also.

Tools necessary for replacement of spark plugs

1. Deep nozzle

2. Dynamometer key

3. Treshchotochny key

4. Extender

5. Wire sensor

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prepare necessary tools for replacement of spark plugs.
	2. By means of the wire sensor check a spark gap of new spark plugs.
	3. Adjust a gap if it is necessary, having turned in a side electrode.
	4. Disconnect wires from spark plugs. By means of compressed air clear area around spark plugs and unscrew candles, using a deep nozzle and the extender.
	5. Before installation of new spark plugs grease their carving with anticorrosive structure.
	6. Twirl candles into place, using a piece of a rubber hose as the universal hinge not to damage a carving. Tighten candles till the required inhaling moment.
7. Connect wires of high voltage.
