3.2.9. Inlet collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in fuel system.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Merge cooling liquid.
4. Remove an airintaking branch pipe. Disconnect an accelerator rope, hoses and wires from the throttle case.
5. Disconnect a plait of wires, ropes of management and hoses from an inlet collector.
6. Disconnect wires from fuel injectors. Disconnect tubes of supply of fuel from the fuel highway.
7. Disconnect a tube and the valve of system of recirculation of exhaust gases.
8. Unscrew bolts of a basic arm and remove a support of an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect hoses (A), unscrew a bolt (V) of an arm of a hose, unscrew bolts and nuts (C) an inlet collector.
10. Remove an inlet collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of old laying from the joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. Clean surfaces solvent.
2. Establish new laying, establish a collector and insert bolts.
3. Tighten bolts and nuts of a collector in the specified sequence.
4. Establish the remained details. Start the engine and check it for existence of leaks. Check whether all systems of the engine correctly function.
