3.2.5. Cover of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a hose of the valve of system of ventilation of a case of the engine and ventilating hoses from a head cover.
3. Mark wires of spark plugs and disconnect them from candles.
4. Disconnect a hose of the valve of system of ventilation of a case of the engine (A) and ventilating hoses from a cover of a head and unscrew bolts of an arm (V) of a hose of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel.
5. In models of 1996 and later years of release disconnect the sensor of a bent shaft.
6. Unscrew bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders in the sequence of the return specified sequence of tightening.
7. Disconnect all hoses and wires preventing removal of a cover and uncover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean the joined surfaces of a head of cylinders and a cover of a head.
2. Apply sealant on one of the parties of laying of a cover and establish laying on a cover.
3. Apply sealant on the specified surfaces of a head of cylinders.
4. Establish a cover and insert bolts.
5. Tighten bolts in the specified sequence.
6. Establish the remained details, start the engine and check a head cover for existence of leaks.
