6.2.4. Sensor of provision of a butterfly valve

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (shooter) is located on the gate case. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor and check that at the included ignition tension between the REF plugs (+) and GND (-) made about 5,0 Volts.
2. Check the alarm tension of the sensor between the SIG plugs (+) and GND (-). When the butterfly valve is completely closed, tension has to make 0,5–1,0 Volts. At completely open butterfly valve tension has to rise to 3,5–5,0 Volts.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Turn off fixing screws of the sensor (arrow) and turn the sensor so that at completely closed butterfly valve the alarm tension of the sensor made 0,5–1,0 Volts.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On models of 1993 of release with the four-cylinder engine the sensor is not subject to replacement.
2. On all other models disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor, turn off fixing screws and remove the sensor.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
