6.2.17. System of recirculation of exhaust gases

GENERAL INFORMATION

The system of recirculation of exhaust gases reduces the maintenance of an oxide of nitrogen in exhaust gases, directing a part of exhaust gases via the recirculation valve to an inlet collector. The system of recirculation of exhaust gases consists of the valve of recirculation and the sensor of position of the valve.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. For check of the sensor of the valve of recirculation, disconnect the socket of connection of the valve (shooter) and check resistance between plugs 1 and 3, 3 and 5, 2 and 4, 4 and 6 on the valve. It has to make about 22 Ohms. If is not present, replace the valve.
	2. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve and connect the vacuum pump. During depression creation operation of the engine has to worsen or it can decay in general. If is not present, replace the valve.
3. Check that the electromagnetic valve changed the direction of a stream of air when giving tension.

Replacement of the valve of recirculation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the valve. Unscrew a recirculation tube, turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove the valve.
2. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Use new laying.
