Partition
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove camshafts and regulators of valves. |
|
2. By means of the special tool squeeze a valve spring. |
|
3. Remove conical plugs of the valve. |
4. Remove a plate, a spring and a saddle of a spring. |
5. Get the valve via the combustion chamber. |
|
6. After removal, put each valve and its elements in the separate marked bag.

Cleaning
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Carefully clean off traces of old laying of a head by means of a scraper or special solvent. |
2. Remove deposits from head openings. |
3. Clean dirt and the remains of sealant from openings with a carving. |
4. Clean a head solvent and dry up it. |
5. Clean solvent and dry up regulators of valves, springs of valves, conical plugs, plates and saddles of springs. |
6. Clean valves. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check a head of cylinders for existence of cracks and damages, if necessary the head needs to be processed on the special machine or to replace. |
|
2. By means of a ruler and the probe, check whether the surface on which laying of a head is established is deformed (the typical head of the cylinder is shown). |
3. Check saddles of valves if on them there are any damages address experts. |
|
4. Measure gaps between the directing plugs and rods of valves. The gap has to be about 1,6 mm. In need of the plug it is necessary to replace. |
