1. By means of the special tool remove the ledge in the top part of the cylinder formed as a result of wear and deposits of products of combustion. |
2. Turn the engine a bent shaft up. |

3. By means of probes measure a side gap of rods. If the gap exceeds limits, the rod needs to be replaced. At emergence, any doubts, address experts. |

4. If rods and covers of rods are not numbered, number them. |
5. Turn off fixing nuts, and uncover the first rod and a bearing insert. |

6. Put on pieces of a rubber tube rod bolts not to injure a neck of a bent shaft and wall of the cylinder. |
7. Remove an insert of the bearing and get a rod together with the piston. |
8. Remove other rods and pistons similarly. |
