3.3.13. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
3. Remove the lower guard of the engine.
4. Merge engine oil and remove an oil filter.
5. Get the probe for measurement of level of oil.
6. Disconnect a wire from the oxygen sensor. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a final collector and lower a pipe together with the catalytic converter.

7. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean and wipe with solvent or acetone the joined surfaces of the pallet and the block of cylinders.
2. Clean openings of bolts in the block of cylinders.
3. Examine the oil pallet on existence of cracks and other damages.
4. Apply sealant on a flange of the oil pallet.
5. Install the pallet and tighten bolts.
6. Establish the remained details, start the engine and check the oil pallet for existence of leaks.
