Arrangement of the relay of the fan of the air conditioning system

In the Probe models of the relay of the fan of air conditioning system are located directly behind the block of fuses. |
If the cooling fan does not turn on when the engine is warmed up to the working temperature or when you turn on the air conditioner, check the fuse of the fan (40 A) located under a cowl in the block of the relay and fuses and the safety lock of the engine (15 A) located on the external panel of safety locks.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire from the motor of the fan and connect contacts of the fan by means of adapters to accumulator plugs. Single-speed fans have two contacts, 2-speed three contacts. In two the high-speed fan connect contact of a black wire to grounding, and one of two other contacts to the accumulator plug. The fan has to earn on low or from high speed if the fan does not work or works only at one speed, replace its motor. |
| 2. If at connection directly the fan works normally, so the reason can consist in a faulty safety lock, the relay, the sensor of temperature or in the broken conducting. |

Replacement
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove an airintaking branch pipe. |
|
3. Disconnect a wire of the cooling fan (A) and turn off the top left bolt of a casing of fans (B). Disconnect the wires fixed on a fan casing. |
|
4. Disconnect a wire of the fan of air conditioning system (A) and turn off the top right bolt of a casing of fans (B). Disconnect the wires fixed on a fan casing. |
| 5. Unscrew casing bolts (both fans are installed in one casing) and remove it from office of the engine. |
|
6. Twist a nut of the fan and remove blades from the motor. |
| 7. Unscrew three bolts and remove the motor. |
| 8. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. |
