1.8. Screen wiper and washer of a windshield

GENERAL INFORMATION

Windshield brushes

The ignition key has to be in the family way of ON (II).

OFF – is switched off
INT– falteringly

1 – normally
2 – quickly

Include windshield brushes lowering of the lever down.

The brushes operating falteringly with a variable speed *

Install the lever in position of INT and choose time interval by turn of a ring (OFF – is switched off).

The brushes included by one pressing

For inclusion of a single cycle of a wipe pull the lever in position of MIST (dense fog).

As plentiful ice and snow can lead to jamming of brushes of a screen wiper, their engine is protected by system of the breaker of a chain. This mechanism will automatically stop work of brushes, but only for 5 minutes. If it occurs, switch off brushes and stop in the safe place. In 5 minutes include brushes anew - they have to act normally. If they do not act as it is possible sokry consult with the authorized dealer of Mazda.

Sink of a windshield

The ignition key has to be in position of ON (II).

Prevention

At freezing temperatures liquid for washing of a windshield can freeze on a windshield and violate your review through this glass that can easily lead to accident. Do not use a sink without preliminary warming up of a windshield.

Pull the lever on yourself and hold it for spraying of the washing liquid. Will be involved in provisions of OFF or INT of a brush until the lever is not released.

If the washer does not work, check liquid level. If it as it should be, consult with the authorized dealer of Mazda.
