Overtaking For obtaining additional power when overtaking other vehicle or overcoming rise completely press an accelerator. Vedushchy Bridge will switch to the following lower transfer. Rise on a steep slope from a motionless state For rise on a steep slope from a motionless state: Descent on a steep slope During descent on a steep slope switch to S or L, depending on the transported freight and the steepness of a slope. Go down slowly, using brakes in order to avoid their overheat only from time to time. Deduction mode The mode of deduction cancels automatic gear shifting and has three provisions: third (D), second (S) and the first (L). Deduction use Use the deduction mode at a start of motion on slippery surfaces, at rise uphill, and also for the aid to brakes during descent from the mountain.
Press the deduction button for inclusion of the mode of deduction. Press this button repeatedly for shutdown of the mode of deduction. When the mode of deduction is included D (course) Vedushchy Bridge keeps on the third transfer. However it automatically switches to the second at a stop and comes back to the third transfer for smoother acceleration. S (second transfer) Vedushchy Bridge keeps on the second transfer. Do not conduct the car with a speed more than 108 km/h (68 miles/hour) in this situation. L (low speed) Vedushchy Bridge will keep on the first transfer. Do not conduct the car with a speed more than 60 km/h (38 miles/hour) in this situation. The scheme of transfers in the deduction mode D – deduction – the 3rd (temporarily the 2nd to start the movement from a motionless state) |
