Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the transmission. |
|
2. Mark the provision of installation of a press disk on a flywheel. |
|
3. Gradually in a diagonal order turn off fixing bolts (shooters) and remove press a disk and a clutch plate. |

Survey
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Examine a flywheel on existence of cracks, traces of an overheat, flutes or other damages. |
2. Examine a clutch plate surface on existence of cracks, deformation and other damages. Check a condition of rivets and springs. |
|
3. Check a condition of a diaphragm spring and a press disk for existence of scratches, cracks and traces of an overheat. |
4. Examine the bearing on the end of a bent shaft on existence of wear, scratches or other damages. |
|
5. Remove the bearing. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Install the new directing bearing by means of a mandrel. |
|
2. Establish a clutch plate and press a disk on a flywheel, holding a clutch plate by means of the adjusting tool. |
3. Slightly twirl fixing bolts of a press disk. |
4. By means of the adjusting tool adjust the provision of a clutch plate and gradually in a diagonal order tighten fixing bolts of a press disk till the required inhaling moment. |
5. Grease an internal flute of the release bearing and install it into place. |
6. Install the transmission on the car. |
