CASE OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check operation of the connecting mechanism of a butterfly valve. Check that the butterfly valve opened completely. |
2. Examine the case of a butterfly valve on existence of wear or deposits. |
|
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove an air supply branch pipe. Disconnect an accelerator rope. |
2. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses. |
|
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve. |
|
4. Turn off four fixing bolts and remove the case of a butterfly valve and laying. |
5. Clear the case of a butterfly valve and blow all channels. |
6. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Tighten fixing bolts till the required inhaling moment. |
|
DIAPHRAGM OF THE AIR VALVE OF SYSTEM OF ADJUSTMENT OF AIR SUPPLY (ONLY MODELS WITH THE 1,8 L ENGINE)
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Check the diaphragm rod course. It has to rise smoothly and опускться. |
|
2. Check receipt of depression for a diaphragm and work of a diaphragm. |
|
SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE
Arrangement of plugs of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve on models after 1995 of release
|
On models 1990-1994 of year of release between the lower plugs of the sensor there should not be a conductivity. |
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Insert the probe thickness: a) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the automatic transmission – 0,6 mm; b) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the mechanical transmission – 1,0 mm; c) On models after 1995 of release – 1,3 mm between the lock screw and the lock lever of a butterfly valve (it is specified by an arrow). |
2. Check that between plugs of the sensor there was no conductivity. |
|
Adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Connect an ohmmeter to the lower plugs of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve. |
|
2. Turn off two fixing screws of the sensor (are specified by shooters). |
3. Insert the probe of the specified thickness between the lock screw and the lock lever: a) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the automatic transmission – 0,25 mm; b) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the mechanical transmission – 0,4 mm; c) On models after 1995 of release – 0,15 mm. |
4. Turn the sensor clockwise on 30 °, then turn it back so that conductivity appeared. |
5. Insert the probe of the specified thickness and check that conductivity was not: a) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the automatic transmission – 0,4 mm; b) On models 1990-1994 of year of release with the mechanical transmission – 0,7 mm; c) On models after 1995 of release – 0,5 mm. |
6. If conductivity is present, repeatedly adjust the sensor. |
7. Tighten two fixing screws. |
8. If the sensor does not give in to adjustment, replace it. |
|
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off fixing screws and replace the sensor. |
2. Adjust the new sensor. |
|
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
Check
You watch subsection 5.2.4.
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect hoses from the regulator. |
|
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the regulator from a fuel collector. |
3. At installation use a new sealing ring. |
|
4. Correctly install the fuel pressure regulator: and – the dvleniye regulator – a fuel tube 1. Correctly 2. Incorrectly 3. Incorrectly |
|
THE VALVE OF ADJUSTMENT OF AIR SUPPLY IN THE IDLING MODE
Prevention
For adjustment of speed of idling it is necessary to address experts.
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check that the speed of operation of the engine increased approximately to 1200 rpm at a valve detachment. If speed does not increase, replace the valve. |
|
2. Disconnect the socket of connection of the valve and measure resistance between valve plugs. |
|
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the case of a butterfly valve. |
|
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the valve and laying. |
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Use new laying. |
|
FUEL COLLECTOR AND INJECTORS
Check
You watch subsection 5.2.11.
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect hoses of system of ventilation of a case from a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector. |
|
2. Release hose collars and disconnect hoses. |
|
3. Turn off fixing screws of the air valve (are specified by shooters). |
|
4. Remove the air valve. |
|
5. Mark injectors and sockets of connection. Release clips of a plait of wires of injectors. |
|
6. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors. |
7. Disconnect hoses from the regulator of pressure and a fuel collector. |
|
8. Turn off the fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) fixing a fuel collector to an inlet collector. |
