The system of electronic injection of fuel consists of three subsystems: a power supply system, system of air supply and the electronic operating system.

Power supply system

The fuel pump pumps up fuel in a fuel collector from where it through injectors comes to cylinders. The amount of the fuel injected by injectors is controlled by an electronic control unit.

System of air supply

The system consists of the air filter, the case of a butterfly valve, a connecting branch pipe and the sensor of temperature of the arriving air.

Electronic control system

The electronic control system controls system of injection of fuel and other systems by means of an electronic control unit which receives signals from various sensors watching temperature of the arriving air, the angle of opening of a butterfly valve, temperature of cooling liquid, speed of rotation of a bent shaft, speed of the movement of the car and contents WITH in exhaust gases.

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check reliability of connections of wires and reliability of grounding.
2. Check accumulator charging.
3. Check the air filter.
4. Check safety locks.
5. Check a branch pipe of air supply and an inlet collector for existence of leaks. Check whether the branch pipe of air supply and a casing of a butterfly valve got littered. Clear it if it is necessary.
6. Check injectors, having listened to their work by means of a stethoscope.
7. Check injectors by means of a control bulb.
8. Check resistance of injectors.
9. For more detailed check of system it is necessary to address experts.
