3.6.7. Removal of air from fuel system


It is necessary to delete air from fuel system after its opening or if the fuel tank was completely devastated.


You watch that diesel fuel did not get on hoses of cooling liquid. Otherwise bars should be wiped at once. The struck hoses are subject to replacement.

1. Make sure that in the fuel tank there is a fuel.
2. Open the screw of production of air (1) on the fuel filter.
3. Pump up fuel from the fuel tank the manual pump. The pump is on the top part of the filter.
4. Pump up fuel until via the screw of production of air fuel without air bubbles does not go.
5. Under pressure of the manual pump close the screw of production of air.
6. Pump up the manual pump until then (about 15 times), resistance will not begin to be felt yet.
7. If the engine is not started as in a fuel-supply line the air stopper was formed, weaken cap nuts on nozzles of injection and include a starter to a fuel exit. Then again tighten cap nuts and start the engine.
