10.4.5. Steering mechanism

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish forward wheels directly. Remove a wheel and protective guards from below of the engine.
2. Connect the winch to the engine.
3. Disconnect steering drafts from nave arms.
4. Remove a cross-piece and a fixing arm of the transmission. Disconnect the socket of connection of the oxygen sensor. Disconnect a reception pipe from a final collector.
	5. Install the pallet under the steering mechanism and disconnect hydraulic tubes from the steering mechanism (it is specified by an arrow) and the return pipeline from the steering mechanism.
6. Remove a cover of the universal hinge. Mark the provision of installation of the hinge on entrance to a shaft of the steering mechanism. Turn off a coupling bolt of the hinge.
7. Remove back fastening of the engine.
8. Lower a cross-piece of a suspension bracket and remove the stabilizer of cross stability.
	9. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters), disconnect a shaft of a steering column from the steering mechanism and remove the steering mechanism. Replace inserts of fastenings of the steering mechanism if they are worn-out.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
