7.1.5. Removal and MKPP installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in fuel system. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator and remove the accumulator together with an arm.
2. Remove an airintaking branch pipe and the air filter.
3. Remove a starter.
4. Disconnect wires from the transmission.
5. Turn on the reverse gear.
6. Disconnect the switching rod and the extending core from the transmission.
7. Disconnect a wire from the car speed sensor.
8. Disconnect press the cylinder of coupling and fix it by a wire piece.
9. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine on the elevator.
10. Unscrew the top bolts fixing the transmission to the engine.
11. Remove the fuel filter.
12. Remove the left support of the engine.
13. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove forward wheels.
14. Merge gearbox oil.
15. In four-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (A) of an arm of an inlet collector (bolts (V) fix a starter arm) and remove an arm.
16. Remove final system.
17. Remove half shafts and an intermediate shaft.
18. Insert plugs or special caps into openings of half shafts.
19. Fix plugs by an adhesive tape that they did not fall out when you remove the transmission.
20. Remove protective guards and a cross-piece.
21. Unscrew six bolts, twist two nuts and remove a transmission support.
22. Unscrew bolts (shooters) and uncover coupling.
23. Establish a jack under the transmission.
24. Unscrew the remained transmission bolts.
25. In 4-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (shooters) and disconnect an arm of the transmission and engine.

26. Disconnect the transmission from the engine and lower it on a jack.

Installation

Installation of the transmission is carried out upside-down removals.
